Ok folks... I know, I have been the worst mommy-blogger for the past few months. I promise to do a better job. With that said, I will be updating Peyton's blog shortly. We have had TONS going on, so just prepare yourself for a LONG blog entry. Thanks :)

Is She a Model or What!!!

Peyton had her picture taken at school the other day and these are the pictures they got. I LOVE THEM ALL!!!! They are all so great! I love how her blue eyes pop! Just too cute if you ask me :) The hard part is deciding which one to purchase. Guess that is a good problem, hu :)

Easter and So Much More!!

So, I know it has been a while since I have had a chance to update this. But man have we been busy!!! We spent Easter at the lake house with all of the family. At least Mike and Peyton did. I was sick and stuck in bed for the entire weekend. But, I got to hear all about the fun they had and got TONS of pictures to show it. So, here you go!

Mike's cousin, Ryan, works at the fire department in Westlake. They stopped by for a visit and got to hang out on the rigs and try on all of the firemen's gear! So, much fun!!!

Saturday in the Park...

The other day we went to Zilker Park. My mom was in town, so she went with us too. Peyton and Mike fed a squirrel, it ate out of Mike's hand. Amazing!!! We flew a kite and had a wonderful time! These are pictures taken from the outing. We had such a great day!

On a not-so-happy note, Peyton has always been fascinated with the train at Zilker. But this time, she was completely freaked out by it. Not sure why, but she cried and held on to me when she saw it. It was pretty sad. Mike REALLY wanted to ride on it, like he did when he was younger. But Peyton wasn't having any part of it. Maybe next time we can get her on it :)

On Sunday, Mike and Peyton decided to take a quick nap together and I was lucky enough to get this shot. If you look closely, you can see that Peyton gave Mike her bunny that she always sleeps with. It was just to sweet, and I couldn't pass up on this precious moment.

Catching Up - Me Llamo Peyton

Welcome to 2010!!! Time is flying by, can't believe we are already through January and into February. We have been really busy with parties, traveling around town, and just plain life. It has been so much fun!

Well, let's see... The big news is that Peyton is in a big-girl bed. And she loves it!!! She was so excited when we put it together for her that she wanted to go to sleep at 6:00! Two hours early!!! It was very cute.

Peyton is also taking Spanish lessons at school. The first day she came home with a sticker that read, "Me llamo Peyton." I asked her what she said and her response was, "Me llamo Peyton. Your llamo is Mommy and your llamo is Daddy!" It was very funny! But, she has been doing great in the classes. She sings a song in Spanish and runs around yelling her colors in Spanish. Very fun!

Needless to say, things are going well in the Lloyd household. Here are some recent pictures.
